The Weekly Exercise You Need To Meet Your 2021 Goals

Happy New Year friends!

Last year was crazy and confusing, to say the least. 2020 was a year of no’s. No travel, no crowded places, and worst of all, no peace of mind! As we leave 2020 behind, it’s time to seize the new year ahead and finally start saying ‘Yes’ to new opportunities.

This newsletter is created for women who want to launch, grow, and lead companies. If you’re receiving this first newsletter of 2021, congratulations! You’re on a mission, and this year, this newsletter will be providing you with tools to guide you towards your ‘Yes’ of realizing your dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur or growing your company even more.

The road ahead may seem uncertain and scary, but I hope these weekly newsletters will inspire and guide you as you work on launching your brainchild into the world.

I believe in starting every new year with intention. We each have professional and personal goals we wish to achieve this year. Let’s take some time to reflect on them and have a clear vision for the year ahead.

Start by jotting down 3 major goals you wish to achieve this year. Put them up in your workspace, so you’ll be reminded of your ‘WHY’ when times are tough. I usually keep a copy of mine in the notes app on my phone, in case I need quick inspo.

In the weeks that follow, practice this simple yet powerful exercise:

  • At the beginning of each week, ask yourself, “What 3 things can I do to move closer to my goal?”
  • At the end of each week, ask yourself, “What 3 challenges did I face this week? What did I learn from them?”

Spend time planning for the game-changing year ahead. Start your year and all the coming weeks with intention and purpose. I am excited about all the amazing opportunities and experiences that lie ahead for you in 2021.
