Health is something we often take for granted. As a young entrepreneur hustling to create a profitable empire, I often worked seven days a week, fueling myself with junk food and sugar. Now as I grow older, I’ve come to realize that this sort of lifestyle is extremely detrimental to my health.
Sure, my business thrived as a young, ambitious entrepreneur, but my mind and body certainly did not. Lack of sleep and nutritious food definitely took a toll on my body, leaving me feeling tired and moody all the time. Since I started prioritizing my health, however, I feel stronger than ever!
I’m learning so much about nutrition and holistic wellness in IIN’s Health Coach Training Program, and I wish I could go back in time and tell my younger self all the things I now know! It’s all online, so I’ve been able to go through the course materials in my own time and at my own pace. I’m so glad I signed up for this program as it’s opening my eyes to helpful knowledge and strategies to protect my health and well-being.
Another thing that I love about the program is that it equips you with the tools and techniques you need to coach others as well. I’m passionate about helping people find their way to work-life harmony and equipping myself with the right tools to coach others is vital.
