Digital resources (e.g., planning guides, templates) are delivered instantly via email or account access upon purchase. Please check your inbox or spam folder for your download link.
Courses & Services:
You will receive immediate access to course materials upon registration. Details for VIP Days or consulting sessions will be confirmed via email within 48 hours of booking.
Physical Products:
Due to the limited nature of our products and small-batch production, all physical product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tinawells.com.
Digital Products & Downloads:
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Because access is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Courses & Programs:
If you’re not satisfied with a course you purchased, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment. To be eligible, you must demonstrate that you engaged with the materials and made an honest effort to implement what you learned. No refunds will be issued after 7 days.
VIP Days & Private Sessions:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a session may result in forfeiture of your appointment and fee. Exceptions may be granted in cases of emergency.
