During an independent study with a professor, I refined my business plan and built a company that thrived for two decades. This led to collaborations with major clients like Dell, Apple, P&G, and The Oprah Winfrey Network, helping them connect with their audiences in impactful ways.

But as the successes piled up, so did the exhaustion. I found myself in a relentless cycle of prepping, launching, and burning out.
