I can’t believe that I started my retail journey five years ago.
It was a rollercoaster of ups and downs, but I’ll be forever grateful for the experience. After a lot of soul searching, I’ve decided to shut down both of my brands, Elevation by Tina Wells and WNDR LN. In total transparency, both brands were always meant to live as private labels exclusively at one retailer, and there was no plan to expand. Now that each collection has run its course, it’s time to start the next chapter.
So what’s next? I’m returning to what I love: supporting underrepresented founders and helping them get their products on the shelves.

I love product development and design the most. I love every aspect of bringing a product to life, and I’m so happy I now have a home where all of this work can live.

• Product & Assortment Development. Whether it’s one product or an entire range, we love working on all of it. Our deep expertise in developing entire collections for launch at mass retail and working with very small and medium-sized brands gives us a unique position. Our passion is helping small brands launch at big retail.
• Supply-Chain Management. We work with a small team of vetted partners to bring your product to life through a supply chain that serves your product and brand. We can make it work whether you want just a few hundred units or hundreds of thousands.
• Retail Consulting. We know what it takes to move hundreds of thousands of units into big retail. We deeply understand what makes a retail launch successful and the right partners to make it happen. We can’t wait to advise you.
• Global Sourcing Trips. We’ll customize a trip for you to meet your potential suppliers and accompany you to global showrooms. We’ll help you narrow down potential suppliers and handle all aspects of your visit.
• Collaborations. We love retailers, and we want to collaborate with you! Our specialty is creating capsule collections for a limited time at big retail. From conception to sourcing to shipping, we can do it all.
• Courses and Workshops. If you’re looking for a roadmap that offers the basics of retail, we’ve got you covered. Our monthly workshops, annual summit, and semiannual accelerators will give us several opportunities to engage.
